No Return Shipping Required You do not need to send the item back. Keep it, donate it, or dispose of it — we will process your refund without requiring a physical return.
We Do Not Cover:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by customs or carrier
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
